Energy drinks can be helpful, but it’s all about timing. Here are the best times to drink it and why:
🏋️ 1. Before training (30-45 min before)
If you want a boost of energy and concentration:
✅ Caffeine improves strength, endurance and reduces the perception of fatigue.
✅ Amino acids and taurine help muscle performance.
⚠️ Warning: avoid if you train late so as not to disrupt your sleep.
📉 2. In case of fatigue (morning or afternoon, not evening)
If you lack sleep or your energy drops:
